St. Thomas Law‘s own Professor Patricia Hatamyar Moore testified today before the Judiciary Committee of the United States House of Representatives regarding class actions. The hearing addressed “The State of Class Action Ten Years After the Enactment of the Class Action Fairness Act.” Professor Moore was the only professor to address the committee and did a fantastic job, doing St. Thomas extremely proud. We are all lucky to have such a renowned Civil Procedure scholar as one of our teachers.
