Feb. 2016 overview of Civ Pro MBE topics
This video addresses topics covered in the Multistate Bar Exam (MBE).
In particular, keep in mind that the Feb. 2016 MBE uses the 2012 version of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP). However, the July 2016 exam will use the then-current version of the FRCP (from Dec. 2015).
